Because B.A.T's are sooooooooooo slow right? If Spidy took on half a dozen B.A.T's he'd be pretty screwed. With the amount of fire power they have and the damage they can take he'd be an world of trouble. Not to mention if he damages the core he could trigger an explotion that is said to be able to level a city block radius.

Because Snake-eyes is faster then Spider-man, because he has surgical accuracy with his katana even when he is running and because he plays out the entire battle in his head and he knows every move he is going to make and what position that will put him in once he makes it. Snake-eyes is so skilled he makes Batman look like a kid in karate class.

Depends on the platoons.🙂 Ever notice on the Joe toons they let off serious rounds, but nobody gets shot but the BATs? I'm taking nothing away from Snake-eyes, but he's not as fast as Spidey unless he's superhuman. Period. Spidey's no Flash or Quicksilver, but he's not slow either. He's got superhuman speed. SUPERHUMAN. I guess you guys think Snake-eye's is stronger too?
