storm/iceman- imo it's a tie considering both have omega level elemental powers, and neither are at full potential yet
i'd think iceman is further from it (storm aint gonna grow much more at her age), and he's almost unkillable...
so who do you think is higher(not that it matters much). and storm is around the same age as everybody else, so it's not like it's an age issue. but i think they both have so much potential, storm could effictivley do some of the things magneto does, maybe some of the things black bolt does due to her control over electrons,now combine that with some of the things iceman does, then she'd be really tough. iceman on the other hand is just to stupid to realize his potential.

storm also suppose to have magical powers which were handed down from generation to generation or something like that...I doubt she's even half way to realize her true power.
Jean (Omega), Iceman (Omega), Cable (Omega but pretty boring imo), The Weatherwitch (possibly Omega*) and Xavier (at least Alpha but since Onslaught, wich is a sign of his ultimate potential, possibly Omega)
*In X-men 98 (march 2000) "The Ages of Apocalypse:First and Last, Part 2", on paige 7 an old Beast is congratulating the EgyptianOrphan to her ascention to an elemental being of pure energy. I know that this was just a possible future of an alternate timeline but nontheless it shows the real potential of the current Whiteeye, and what is omegalevel but a code for ultimate potential?
By the way, it's true that the African Beauty can manipulate the energypatterns of cosmic phenomena (solar storm etc.) as well as that of earth. She mentioned that in one comic i have. Unfortunately it is an older issue from the time when Marvel-Germany didn't write the the number and series of the american equivalent into its releases, so i can only give you my word. 🙁

iceman would be imo... considering iceman's inability to make an effort, he's still way powerful... storm unleashes alot of power in battle... so i'd sy iceman...

storm is nowhere near capable of doing either of those things... she cant control electrons the way the others can, and she has no chance of doing anything close to icemans ability to control molecules...
well a few days ago, i heard a rumor that they were supposed to do something with storm's magical heritage. idk from what i remember her ancestors invoked a powerful spell that one of their descendants was going to be one of the most powerful african priestessess, so she has like internal magic or something. but imo that seems to be going a bit over the top

Ofcourse, but even in a possible future characters can only achieve what they have the potential for NOW. If they develope this potential in the ongoing timeline is on another page. But the Omegalevel is about potential not about actual developement (as we can see with Bobby), so the Former Pickpockettes is in my top5.
Being able to manipulate solar winds does not mean that you are Galactus#2. Cyclops is able to absorb solar energy and project it in space as well as on earth but noone would come with the "wolvie took a nuke"-arguement then.

cyclops isnt doing things that shouod be beyond his abilities... if he did i'd use the same argument...

I only wanted to explain that just because she has that ablity, she is not allmighty and far from turning the sun into a nova or the likes.
The functionprinciple behind her powers is not planetbound. On earth it simply manifests itself as advanced weathercontrol. In space it takes on another related form, that works with what it finds there. That gives the Whitehead more flexibility but does not make her more powerful than she seems to be on earth.
