Why not relating to the Babylon 5 P-Ratings for telepath? Going from P1 (lowest possible for a psychic, Magneto perhaps) to P12 (highest normally possible rating for a humanoid, Prof. X) going further to cosmic levels of P13 and above (Cable without virus etc.)!

i never watched babylon 5... more of a trek and star wars fan...

Cable without the virus...okay if he didn't have the virus shouldn't his arm have become organic.
