not bad, but i wouldn't go that high in psychic abilities, durability intelligence and cunning when 15 is the highest possible. Remember there are Cable, Juggernaut, Beast etc. If you start that high with her, there will be not much place for improvement with other characters!

Selene is certainly P10-P11, while Rachel might be P9 without phoenixboost and P13 with the force.
