Parallax didn't time travel when he rewrote history. That's not necessarily so. Show some evidence of him actually timetraveling.

And re-creating is something that was destroyed or lost and brinig it back?
When Hal lost central city he was going to re-create it.
As parallax he was going to destroy the universe then re-create it.
If he were to re-write it, he would alter history by not even allowing cyborg and mongul to ever exsist.

Not necessarily. The crisis on infinite earths destroyed the universe, and recreated it, rewriting everything that happened, or what we call, 'history'. No timetravel necessary.
Parallax wasn't really a good guy, was he?
