How do we know that he was duplicating the Odin-Force? It looks like he was using/going to use the Power-Cosmic as an alternate. Maybe im interpreting it wrong? 🙁
Ahh. Now looking at the rest of the scans, i see that Surfer combined his power-cosmic along with the odin-force.
But when he was talking to Quasar, he stated that he smapled and synthesized the power cosmic. So technically he didnt just create it on his own. Right?

what issue #??? i swear i have the book where that is scanned from . . .?
it DOES seem if given an opportunity to study and sample magical energy (though i've heard odin's power referred to as cosmic, in the past as well), he can 'synthesize' it. that doesn't mean necessarily recreating it as it was exactly, or making it out of scratch on his own. nor does it mean he is able to recreate and wield the odin power. given a chance to sample and study any power, it's not much of a stretch to believe ss could figure out what makes it work at some level at least.

I agree with this theory. "Duplicating" and "Supercharging" the Odin force was a gross overestimation.
