-SS has survived a planet destroying attack. (From korvac)
- SS took hit from all the avengers (most) (and stood like nothing happed)
- Can survive Super Nova
- Took a blast from Cable and got up like it was nothing
- Took nukes like nothing happed.

Captian Marvel is mighty enough to take on the Spectre.

While he cannot defeat the Spectre can Silver Surfer do so?

I think Shazam would own him.

Unless the Spectre is empowered by God, he isn't very powerful. I don't think there's much Shazam could do to Surfer.

I know this Cosmic.

In Day Of Vengence series he goes toe to toe with the Spectre.

Surfer, at his best, is extremely hard to remove from his board because of his speed. Shazam doesn't have the speed to catch Surfer, much less knock him off his board. He's about as fast as Wonder Woman, which simply isn't fast enough.

Besides, Surfer's board can travel millions of times the speed of light, and Surfer can control it telepathically.

CM has the mind of child. The Wisdom of Solomon only kicks in when he cannot figure out adult situations. It's not really intelligence. It's more of moral compass. Which is why CM is a bigger boy scout than Superman.

Superman and Captain Marvel are considered Metahumans.

Batman is a human who is feared by almost everyone in the JLA.

If Surfer is going to use his hyperspace speed he will have to use it to run away cause he cannot fight that fast.

You're assuming CM is as smart as Batman or Doom. He's not. He's rather stupid actually. However when it comes to moral dilemmas everyone looks to him for answers.
