Sorry to point out your apparent lack of knowledege but Carol preceeded the black Ms Marvel by quite some time. Ms Marvel was who Rogue got her powers from. She lost them to Rogue, became human and then was changed in2 Binary. Leaving the Ms Marvel name vacant to the black chick youre talkin about

Surfer has all his power and experience, Zatanna has Binary's powers but she doesn't even know what they are... in an hour of prep she wont be up to the standard of dealing with a full speed assault by the Surfer.... i considered the mist argument as well and come to the same conclusion.... if you have no idea you can become mist then you couldn't possibly become adept enough at it, in one hour, for it to be instinctive enough to dodge the Surfer

That Ms marvel is even easier to beat. She was nowhere near Surfer's powerlevel. With Binary's power, Zatanna is used to channeling magic, not relying on her own powers. Mutants tap into their mutant abilities, Cyclops knows how to shoot beams, nightcrawler knows how to teleport, jean grey knows how to lift shit. Now, when they all first got their powers, it took them weeks to figure out how to tap into the powers, much like it'll take Zatanna time to understand how to begin to use this power.
Ms. Marvel already knew how to tap into her mutant powers, she was just accessing a new power on instinct. It's like giving Cyclops Nightcrawlers powers. He'll feel the instinct to teleport and do it on accident. Have you read Weapon X? The mutant kid who turned into flames because he didn't understand his power, yet he activated it by accident.

More powerful than surfer? That's possible. But MY surfer? Haha. This is a Silver Surfer/Damage/Hulk mix that spent an hour pissing himself off. I reckon he'll be hitting somewhere in the class 200 range, easily.
I mean, basic surfer is powerful as hell to begin with. Surfer is in another league physicaly than any normal human mutant. He's gone toe to toe with the freakin' Hulk. This guy zooms through spaceships at near lightspeed and just destroys them without even slowing down. He put down Champion, who beat the crap out of thing like it was nothing. Thing has punked the entire Avengers before.
Hulk has held up an entire mountain range without being angry.
Damage K.O.ed gorilla grodd in three punches from zero nuclear charge. He destroyed Metallo the first day he had his powers, and Metallo throws down with Superman.

Sorry to say this but that was lame. For a start Ms Marvel wasnt a mutant. So youre attempt to counter my point about Carol tapping into her new binary powers is swatted aside.
Ive already told u that binarys body taps into the energy of a white hole naturally. Its not a mental thing she has to consciously do. That is not in debate. Zatanna will be able to tap into those energies without a doubt after prep. Just like Carol fresh out her stasis tube powered up the starjammer. NO KNOWLEDGE WHATSOEVER, NO PREVIOUS ENERGY POWERS WHATSOEVER.

First off, you aren't stormfront, so why are you even debating?
Second, the fight starts, Surfer zooms across the field and rips her head off. If she's in mist form, he'll blast her, as shown by the mandroid doing to Bloodstorm previously.
Simple strategies work best. The more complicated you get, the more holes there are. If surfer gets hit, he's just going to get stronger, if Hurricane trys to take the time to channel her magic, she's going to be dead.
So why don't you let SF argue. I don't mind debating with you (You by far exceed SF) but this isn't your fight.
