vampires dont heal instantly, they can heal, but it takes time...

my vote goes to nataku beacause his character is solid and involves no bending rules or hypotheticals to get the win whereas stormfronts character does (such as knowing that she will be able to use the mist and have access to vampiric abilities ect) to have any kind of chance in this fight.

The IC fight with Deathstroke was fine, he said "she can do anything, turn your blood to acid if she says it", so he gives Z a taste of her own bile via a liver punch so she couldn't say the spell.

dankman i really don't need to use vampiric abilities, and swanky the healing thing will happen on its own. its a natural [process

and just to let everyone know his plan of ripping my head of has been countered like 5 times and he still sticks with it because nothing else even has the cnahce to work

not that my opinion really matters here, but the whole ripping the head off tactic really does seem . . . unlikely. this is the surfer we're talking about. as was mentioned above, ripping off someone's head (even if it were possible) just wouldn't happen - it defies common sense and every character trait that defines the surfer. (his anger at the obliterator was mentioned - in that fight SS could have killed him but didn't, even in a TOWERING rage.) i also believe binary's innate perceptions would allow BS to see the lightspeed attack coming and perhaps evade it long enough to calm down the hulk and work a spell to finish it. with a different, better strategy, SS/hulk might tale this. but if ripping off her head . . . . need to come up with something different, methinks.

When you choose your characters mind, you also get the consequence of how they would act. The silver surfer for example is a pacifist and doesn't rush to anger easily. More than likely he isn't going to rush into an unknown battle and rip off his opponents head.

you also have to remember that you stated yourself that the characters would be acting to protect the one thing they valued abnove all others.... i believe the surfer would kill to protect the universe.... as would pretty much all the characters in this tournament

Never, she's going to rely on what she knows best, which is magic. Surfer is going to rely on what he knows best, a mix of raming into his opponent and blasting them into oblivion.

when Drax was slowing Surfer down from finding Thanos he flew him straight into the sun to get rid of him......... it didn't work but the thought was still there
