He's done it to Drax, as been previously stated. He also would've killed obliterator if he wasn't impossible to kill. He tore through Kree starships without thinking twice in the Kree/Skrull war. Surfer fights like this whenever his homeworld is in danger, or the entire universe is.
Just because she's fighting for EVYERTHING, doesn't mean she's going to make forcefields. If she could do all of this instantly she would've just frozen DS the instant she saw him, because she knows he WILL kill them all. But... she didn't. Saying she's going to put up forcefields is exactly what YOU would do, hell, it's what I would do, but does she EVER put up forcefields before engaging an enemy she knows can kill her? Not that I've seen. She goes into fights trying to disable the opponent, regardless of who it is, because she has a moral code. I'd like to see one scan where she goes all out on anyone, or a good reference.

again, i don't think this is about what HAS been done. it's about what the characters are capable - and the only thing that makes sense is for her to use force fields.
