3) In the interest of full disclosure, if you want to really understand the Catholic perspective on Mary and her role in Christian salvation, then do two things. First, pray to God to know the real truth about Mary. Like above, here we can trust that God, who is Truth itself, will not deceive you and will only let you know the truth. Second, read "True Devotion to Mary" by St. Louis DeMontfort. This book is considered amongst Catholics to present the greatest explanation of Mary's relationship to God and of her relationship to humanity as a whole.

That book tells us that Mary has a "great power which wields over the one who is called God".

The Bible is enough for me. If the Bible tells me that Mary is blessed and a servant to God, there's no way to believe that she is the mediatrix, co-redemptrix, queen of heaven and earth, and has power which wields over the one who is called God.

The Rosary is a repetitious prayer and therefore vain according to Christ. Even though the intention of the Rosary is good, the fact remains that it is a repetitious prayer - chanting "Hail Mary" 150 times? My goodness.

"Holy Mary - Mother of God"? - God is the Father of Jesus. Mary is the Mother of Jesus. yet Mary is the Mother of God?

That's incest.

Ab omni malo,
Ab omni peccato,
Ab ira tua,
A subitanea et improvisa morte,
Ab insidiis diaboli,
Ab ira et odio et omni mala voluntate,
A spiritu fornicationis,
A fulgure et tempestate,
A flagello terraemotus,
A peste, fame et bello,
A morte perpetua,
Per mysterium sanctae Incarnationis tuae,
Per adventum tuum,
Per nativitatem tuam,
Per baptismum et sanctum ieiunium tuum,
Per crucem et passionem tuam,
Per mortem et sepulturam tuam,
Per sanctam resurrectionem tuam,
Per admirabilem ascensionem tuam,
Per adventum Spiritus Sancti Paracliti,
In die iudicii,

"Holy Mary - Mother of God"? - God is the Father of Jesus. Mary is the Mother of Jesus. yet Mary is the Mother of God?

That's incest.

now thats a common trait in the bible though

It doesn't matter in the Patriarchal era, it was done in the will of God.
