The MAC gun fecking rocks. Did you know the Navy is close to making a weapon like that? Basically the use a giant electropmagnetic rail gun to jetison a super dense alloy bullet thats roughly the size of a mini-van at enemy targets from like, 200 miles away. I also heard it moves pretty fast.

If not that, then a good phaser. Versatile with settings from stun to disintegration to wide-spread to big, darn, explosions. Works for me.
