Um.... actually, no. Solomon Grundy premiered in 1944 as one of Alan Scott's villains. Hulk premiered in 1962. So yeah, Hulk is a Grundy ripoff. 😬

Actually I can. Over the years Ben's body natraully gets stronger, not only because he absorbs more cosmic rays but because his body natrually becomes more durable and stronger 😐
Um, its common knowledge that Hulk can absorb Radiation.
Hulk only becomes more durable than Ben when he gets very angry.

Yes, Thing has gotten stronger over time. Current Thing may be stronger than non-spiky self of years past, but that doesn't mean he's stronger than his spiky form.
Spiky Thing had greatly augmented strength. He referred to himself as being "Hulk Class" in that form. In his non-spiky form after that, he said he was no longer in Hulk's class. He's not as strong as Hulk.
Hulk is a sponge for radiation. He still has to survive the force of the detonation.
You haven't begun to prove Thing is more durable than Hulk.
What is the fight with Umbra supposed to prove?
