The only thing I can think of the spell being used was in the OOTP when Harry was in Snape's memory seeing his father using the spell on Snape. Other than that I can't think of a time he used the spell. I was also thinking, Slughorn purposely gave him the HBP's book, knowing he would figure it out or something...

i dont know im not sure but theyrs definitely not a clue in the second book someone would ought to have found it by now

but their could be a clue, something obvious, that know one would think as odd or peculiar.

Well I'm not really sure, he loves it at Hogwarts, but with Dumbledore dead, he might no like the idea of going back their. But I have the smalest feeling he'll go back their for a short time. But Harry was angered and sadden at the time, I mean he was filled with emotions, what if Ron and Hermione tried talking him out of it, (though they won't succeed) and he ends up at Hogwarts, for lets say a month, so he can get a plan formed or something...never mind, he has the summer to do that.
