emm maybe harry feels hes so deep in it that he doesnt care what the laws are because he did apparate when he was underage with dumbledore ...for some reason i think that he might use magic even if he is underage

I was thinking that, but remember their is a slight chance that Harry might splinch, and then the Accidental squad would have to come, and that would stop him from apperating, but then their is his firebolt, but Herminone isn't a great flyer, or at least I think.

True, but he might go to that length though, to find the other items. He's desperate to do that, and I think that one of the items is their in Godric's Hollow.

No. DUmbledore said that only a true Griffindor could pull the sword out of the sorting hat, maybe he had someone else take it, but how wouild he get past Dumbledore???

well in hbp we see tht voldermort returns to howarts to ask for a teaching postition but wot if he didnt want a teaching position but to pull something of slytherins out of the hat ...tht could be a horcrux
