That wee ned should've scored and did sod all apart from foul folk.

So close to getting a result despite an amazing lack of vision in midfield and despite the team being unable to keep the ball for longer than a baby can keep control of its bladder.

Much more coherent shape to the team now Berti's away though.

Fans were amazing, we should get to all major finals just because of our fans.

Pity the English won but late equaliser for Israel was funny, pity I missed it.

the keepers save from Quasie's effort though...top stuff

and Rab Douglas was suffering more from hurt pride than a hurt back when he went off...the freekick was right at him...he moved right...the ball was curling left ...he slipped on his ass and made a **** of himself and then went off

as for the second freekick...pure magic from Pirlo...even if it was exactly the same as the first and the keeper should have known where he was putting it

a better performance though...something for the future...still think we missed Mcfadden, Fletcher and Dickov
