no im branding them cheats because that what they are. riquelme and messi are great but rooney is better in my opinion. and england are overall better than the argies. plus we have great wingers in phillips and cole. even the argies goals were fortunate. brazil are the best team by far. sven playing bridge stupidly.would the winger of got past ash cole that easy? i dont think so. for the second goal, did king foul the argie player? imo no he didnt. yes argentina haev great players, but so do england, spain, italy, brazil, the dutch. i dunno what point your tryin to make. any of those teams can win. including england.
THINK about what you are saying. You are calling them ALL cheats, a CHEATING team. Why? Where is your evidence that they all cheat, all the time?
Referees making bad calls against England doesn't equate to Argentina cheating. I watched a repeat of that game and England were getting dominated for a bulk of it. You even refering to them as "argies" could be seen as derogatory. Sven is a shit manager.
As for Rooney being better than Riquelme and Messi, laughable. Rooney is very good. He's not better than Riquelme or Messi overall.

Yes the sun were, your missing the point so badly here, its hilarious. im talking about the players unsporting behaviour. so im no hypocrite mate. it doesnt matter what team it is, i would slate anyone team who behaved like that.
I've never seen you slate Rooney for being a completely simple minded thug on the football pitch.

what you mean england inevitably knocked out? how can you say that? i suppose you knew greece would of won the euros.
That was almost as lucky as Liverpool winning the C.L this year. England get knocked out of every major tournament around the middle or after. They never win and unless they get a better manager who is gonna play according to talent, not status, they never will.

yeh its easier to support the best team isnt it because at the end if they win you can mock england and say ' i told you so'. i love wathing brazil but im not gonna be cheering for them, only people who have no passion for the game do that. its as if your scared to support england because people will label you patriotic, its as if you wanna hide and be different. if you go into a england vs brazil game wanting brazil to win then that is really shameful. i dont understand it. if you was a neutral and said i dont care who wins, then fair enough. i think its more fun to support the country you live in. i hate glory supporters with a passion.
you dont have to patriotic but cheering for your country makes it more exciting then cheering for a for a team thats better. we sure do look at the game differently.
What a way to walk right smack into my point. Thanks.
You say it's as if I'm scared to look patriotic, but how hypocritical are you being? You are dissing me and disrespecting me for CHOOSING to support who I want to support, that in itself is patriotic. If I cared about what people thought, I'd not openly say "I support Brazil" would I? I support them because for the longest time, since 1994, I have supported them. I have nothing against the England TEAM at all. You are passing it off as glory supporting because YOU are scared that someone can actually make the choice NOT to blindly follow the English soccer team.
Because that is what they are. A soccer team. 11 men who happen to have been born here and play soccer for this country. Me not supporting them doesn't mean I'm not supporting my country. It means I'm not dedicating myself to 11 sports personalities from this country. If you feel that you are obligated to cheer for those 11 men just because you were, by chance, born in the same country, then THAT is shameful. Especially for someone speaking so freely about freedom, you're so quick to oppress.
I don't support Brazil because they are better, I support them because I love their team. They went through horrific patch circa Copa America cup around the late nineties I believe, I still supported them. When they lost to China, I still supported them. I couldn't give a shit if they weren't as good, I like the team. I don't like England's team enough to support them. At least I've made an independant choice rather than being conditioned to believe I have to support a bunch of brylcream and persil salesmen who get felched into being in the team.
You are no more a fan than me just because you support a different team. It's like saying a Londoner who supports Liverpool doesn't love the game as much as one who supports Arsenal.

what the hell you babbling on about now, i know im not part of the team. you dont have to take every world literaly. chill out. im no armchair supporter. ive been to a fair few games in the past. it is a game to me, i know it is. im not gonna go into a fit of depression if we , sorry, if england lose, like some nutters. theres nothing wrong about being passionate about watching england play, you are making out as if it is a problem. i love the game of football, theres nothing wrong with that.
No, there's not. But being subconsciouly derogatory toward teams and people who choose to support teams different to you, is bad.

nah im branding them cheats over the recent friendly game, the fiasco before the game and the sorin incident when he tryed to punch the ball in the net intentially!!! yes owen should of not took the piss but that was only 1 player who made one mistake. when an whole team does it right in front of your face then its not very right is it
Fiasco BEFORE the game? Nothing to do with the game then is it. Good, moving on.
Stop saying it was the whole team. Sorin made a wrong decision, so what? Blame Sorin. Don't blame Argentina. If I blamed the England team for Beckham being a useless mug, you'd say "You're wrong."
