Ronaldo couldn't get a goal and didn't do what Messi did either, so what's your line of thinking?
Ronaldo didn't make anything that Messi didn't make, but in a better way. He crossed a few balls, he did this because he couldn't beat men. Cos he CAN'T beat men, as shown multiple times tonight. I loved that bit where he folded his arms in a strop; priceless.
Messi was beating two or three men at a time, Ronaldo wasn't. He's only good when he's racing men TO the ball, and even then it's not guaranteed.
Ronaldo hasn't produced anything out of these two games. He had a chance, from the spot, and we saw what happened there.

messi couldnt get a goal either. he was beating plays 2-3 at a time when he came central, but in the end went no where fast because the only players he was skipping past was the two great defenders scholes and carrick. he couldnt get any further than that.
ronaldo folded his arms because he thought the ref gave a bad decision. every player shows there anooyance and frustration at a refs decision at times. whats your point?
bottom line is that ronaldo did well tonight and on a few occasions he turned the defense inside out and put some good crosses in like you say. he was always looking dangerous for united. not at his best though.
we know you think cron is overrated. we dont have to keep hearing about it everytime he plays though.

To be fair, the entire Utd team was congregating in front of and around Messi, and he was still creating panic. Cron was generally up against one or two men on a counter break.
