Well was a draw, but far from boring. Man Utd were awesome in the first half. Inter came out and played in the 2nd and made it very close. Will be very interesting in the 2nd leg. Just a pity Man Utd haven't got a goal to take home after that 1st half.

great result for arsenal, from the sounds of it roma were as shocking as they usually are away from home and are lucky to be taking only a 1-0 deficit back to the stadio olympico.

good result for barca, gonna be tough for lyon at the camp nou.

united deserved at least a 1-0 win, inter played like shit for the first 35 then sort of came to grips. other than the first 15 minutes of the second half we bossed the entire game. very unlucky not to score, cesar made a couple great saves. with vidic back in the team at old trafford i think we can control them easily enough and going forward we'll be able to put some of our chances away hopefully.

The Inter v Man u game was 0:0 but had some of the best technical play Ive soon for a long time, from both sides.

It won´t be easy at Old Trafford, Inter will be out for the away goal. I think the team which scores first will win.

Guess you haven't been seeing much football lately then? Zlatan was nowhere to be seen, Muntari was losing balls galore etc. etc. Just because it's Inter doesn't mean they're 'technically great' every night.

Or Man Utd.

definitely, a lot of the time we just get lucky bounces or goals that we deserve but other teams just dont get even when they deserve it... we were good that night in particular though, much better than inter.

Guess you havn´t got a clue what your talking about. The technical ability of the players in this game, from defense to forwards was top drawer.

Guess the fact that they are all talented players doesn't mean they actually play great every match, though.

Wow didn´t expect Liverpool to thump Real Madrid 4:0

Or Bayern Munich to annihilate Sporting Lisbon 7:1. Thats 12:1 aggregate, something tells me Sporting didn´t belong in the champions league.

Yeah, Sporting being that shit really surprised me. The first 20 minutes of the first game against Bayern they were able to pass the ball around pretty well, managed to create quite a few chances, even after Bayern scored the opener and the second goal, but the moment the third one hit the net you could see they knew it was over for them.

4 English teams in the last 8.

They´r bound to make up some new rules soon to stop these teams dominating.

Apart from that I can see yet another Chelsea Liverpool duel coming on.

Please, god...NO!

Barca - Man Utd...Now, there's a game!

Whens the draw anyway?

March 20th, I think.

Yep March 20th starts at 11am GMT

Wow... it's been a pretty good for Liverpool...

And Dossena scored AGAIN...

Away in Manchester 1:4, impressive, most impressive.🙂

Indeed, a victory against the current Manchester U is impressive, add that to the fact that they won by three, and they were at Old Trafford, makes me wish Liverpool were at the top right now.

Vidic & Fergie must be completely humiliated & furious resp, red cards in both games against Liverpool this season.

On a side note, how much of a difference does playing away actually make?

On another side note, Arsenal finally had a convincing victory >_>

it makes a huge difference to some team, less difference to others. today it was about who wanted it more and liverpool were obviously the ones more up for the game and got what they deserved.

Yeah, I'm happy Liverpool were able to win. But right now it doesn't make much of a difference, Manchester are theoretically 7 points ahead of Liverpool.
