And an optimist 🙄
I just noticed Argentina lost to Bolivia 6:1, odd result!!
Mind you Bolivia is one of those high up places with hardly any oxygen so it might have had something to do with it.
Anyone see Lukas Podolski (Bayern Munich) ***** slap Michael Ballack (Chelsea) in the Wales Germany game last night?
It was the highlight of the whole game🙂

Yeah, there are a lot of stories about big teams losing against Bolivia because of the high altitude and that, but it's probably fairytales. I don't think they've ever qualified for the WC, and if they can beat Argentina 6-1 just because of 'high altitude', they should be able to win every home game in qualifications. I think it was just a case of Bolivia having a good night and Argentina having a horrible one, as Maradonna said.

What's funny about that? There's only 6 or 7 other teams with a better chance of winning it than England. If England find a reliable keeper, a decent left-back, a ball-winning midfielder, a Zidane-esque midfielder and a strong, athletic striker then we're in with a chance.

This always happens.England win their games against nobodies and then when it comes to big school, they crap themselves.

Hmmm, interesting. However, if England find the things they need (goalie, left-back, etc.), then the chances of them choking Arsenal-style will be reduced.

Or the 4 against man U, oh of course the 4 against Real Madrid.Wow thats 8 goals against two of the best teams in the world, pedestrian? More like Lightning similar, goal hungry obliterating machine.
They played very well for those three. However, it merely confirms how shit they normally are, and have returned to being.
After seeing Bayern Munich getting stuffed 5:1 yesterday it made me wonder what Barcelona, especially Messi are going to do to them, especially when you see the goal by Grafite, below..

what's jammy about dominating a game, hitting the woodwork 4 times as well as having far more chances than Fulham.
Eight goals in stoppage time and an immeasurable amount of contestable performances, in which they've nicked a goal, is what's jammy about the team.
They would have been unlucky not to win, but the goal itself was thanks to a fortunate deflection. That's how the ball landed at Benayoun's feet.

How many times have Man u this season, chelsea over the last couple of seasons and Arsenal this season won 1-0 or by the odd goal?.....a lot of times, does that make them jammy?
And as for the part about deflection, that's part and parcel of the game it happen's to every team in the world.
Seriosly how can liverpool by lucky if they are the top scorer's in the league and ranked the no1 side in europe.
