And FC Porto, the club they're facing has never lost to an English club at home, which is where they'll be playing.

You're right, Arsenal has been injury prone this season but I think now that the team is back to about full strength, they'll be looking to try and regain some of the honour that was lost this season. As for Chelsea, I don't think they have the skill to beat Barcelona - but, hey, it's football, no one can ever really know for sure.

I'm heading to the Freedom game this Saturday, for the women's league. I watched the inaugural game on TV and was kind of 'meh' -- which is sad because I love women's soccer, and played it for like 10 years, but... we'll see. Being at the game should be fun!

Women's football is shit.

Come on now, use Kopites aren't all so bad. It's pride, passion, and what not I suppose. You must admit Liverpool do have a great, solid fanbase regardless of what you think of the actual team. The 12th man has always been great and always will be.

As for the team,
It's not "shitball" it's just Rafa and the lads not being able to handle the pressure that they're under. (Not saying Rafa is a bad manager, I just think he isn't the greatest).

This is where I dive off the bus, because I don't admit that. While I know some very knowledgeable, decent and reasonable Liverpool fans, they're the exception. No overall fan body is more annoying, deluded, biased and smug (without any good reason at all).

I think it is inherently Benitez. He plays two and sometimes three DMs, and only very recently has started going for a proper attacking style. Ironically, it backfired against Chelsea when they got ahead of themselves, and should have used the defensive, nullifying style that Chelsea used instead.

As a random aside, he needs to learn how to buy wingers and full-backs.
