^ No one care about the FA cup anymore. At least I don't care who wins. the good leagues/tournaments are over.

I watched the final, I suppose it is nice for a team to win some cup even if its "just" the FA cup.

The reason why its become less important to the big teams is that there are too many games, especially if they are also playing in Europe so they rest key players in the FA cup.

I forgot my password while I was in Canada, so I couldn't edit my team for five weeks.

I'm still pissed that this Aldo Raine person came in mid-season and managed to just steal places.

How about that Ancelloti? Does anyone think this will be the guy to handle Chelsea? I don't. Less job security than a suicide bomber agency.

No manager is safe at Chelsea unless they win the Champions League and the Premier League every season.
What´s the news on Ribery going to Chelsea from Bayern Munich. he definitely would have problems there, he´s a brilliant player but tends to throw wobblers now and again.

Seems like Real Madrid have never heard the phrase "too many cooks spoil the broth".

Kaka, C.Ronaldo and they are after David Villa from Valencia as well.

Trying to form a "galacticos II" by the looks of it.

With a start ensemble or a team work based team like Barca previal?

Really i believe it will work (though as i diehard madrid fan i may be a bit biased). But still when we assembled the galacticos last time(before they got old), we did win the champions league and even when we didnt win it were able to consistently get to the semis. That is light years ahead of were we are currently.

It will be interesting to see Real V Barca next season for sure. But I still think teams which play as a team is superior to teams full of excellent individuals. Although I must admit when Ronaldo (the real one 🙂) was on form at Real he was unstoppable and made a huge difference.

I don't think Real will get that far in the first season, it'll take a while for the team to settle.

I heard Man U are after Ribery from Munich now, I'd take him over C.Ronaldo any day, plus he fits in with the "Ugly gang" perfectly

No doubt That Barca Vs Real Madrid will be the game to see next season...Real are trying to form another team of titans and they are really going for it..Kaka, C.Ronaldo,, David Villa and i also got some rumors that they are trying to get Zlatan Ibrahimovic ( From Inter) although i dont think they will get him since they dont have alot of money left (around 50mil or something) and thats not enough for Zlatan.. What im really hoping to see though is C.ronaldo and Kaka playing for same team lets see if they dont kill each other lol

Real are selling all their Dutchmen. Only Van Nistelrooy and Sneijder are staying. Bit surprised they're looking to sell Robben, considering he was their best player last season.

I thought that Van Nistelrooy was retiring this last season? i think he a bit to old now to be playing and even more now with all these young people going to Real Madrid (Ronaldo is 24 years old) (Kaka is 27 years old) Villa is around 27 also. Dont you think such old people will just be a bargain to the team?

I'm also surprised that Robben keeps getting sold, he's one of the best in the world IMO.

Egypt are looking well impressive, lost unluckily 4:3 against Brazil and beat Italy 2:0

its weird because there was one game on cbc the other day that i caught but when i went to watch the brazil-usa game it was on goltv. i looked ahead on the digital cable and all the rest of the games are on goltv.

post it in here if you see more being aired on cbc cuz id liked to watch them

Personally, I think it goes both ways.

Having all these players does not guarantee Real Madrid any silverware. However, when you have a starting 11 that consists of Robben, Snejider, Kaka, C. Ronaldo, possibly Villa and possibly Ibrahimovic, you are advanced of most teams by default.

Well with the group stages over, dont think CBC will be showing the live semis game.
