Real needs to play qualifications for the CL, talk about screwing up a season. And if bad luck serves Brugge (which it normaly does we'll end up playing against them in the final stage of quali's)

It would be a better game if Monaco has scored first. But I am sure that Porto would win anyway and would play "better".

They had a few scares at the beginning that made them piss their pants. Luckily for Porto and unluckily for Monaco that dude got injured. But they never controlled the game like Porto needs to in order to win. they were quite lucky. But Monaco didnt play that well either. it was a bad game.

Well it wasn't a very good game, but at least Porto played better than Monaco.

2 little regrets : -Giuly had to go off (injured) at the 23rd min. With him, the game would have been totally different. It must be soooo frustrating for a good player like that, who's greatly responsible for Monaco's being in final, to have to give up like that...
- I feel like doing like Kes and criticizing the referees. they hasn't been very good tonight (1 offside that didn't exist in a very good situation, plus one foul he saw and didn't say anything just before the 2nd goal). But, well..., that's the game... 🙂

Yep. If Giuly has not been injured Porto defensive would have more work to stop it. And it would be a better game.

But Porto defends very well as you saw. And Monaco didnt shot on goal any time only some shots wide. The danger could be Giuly's speed.

Porto is better I dont have any doubt about it.

But thats the flag guy because that ref really doesnt like Porto. Why did he show Carlos Alberto the yellow card after the goal??
