Styletime your only point that I can see is that Ali would win because he has a better record. Butterbean has a better record than Ken Shamrock, does that make him the better fighter?(say yes and I will destroy you)
To be fair, he's also saying that Ali is both larger and in all probability, can hit harder (with his fist) than Lee. Because as we all know, a larger fighter will always beat a smaller fighter.
Never mind what you may have seen in the early days of MMA when there wasn't weight classes, and 160 pounders would fight 250 pounders.
Originally posted by RobtardI agree that because Ali is larger his punches should be harder, but saying a larger fighter will always beat a small one is bullshit. Genki Sudo is 5'9" and 154 pounds, whereas Butterbean is 5'11" and is 400 f*ckin pounds, and Sudo made him submit in about 40 seconds.

Again, it was just one point I brought up AGAIN because I have already been through this before. Strangely enough, noone's been able to counter this point, so I can pretty much leave it at that for now.
As a sidenote, Shamrock's record is better than Butterbean's. You're just looking at Frank's PrideFC record. He never fought in Pride until AFTER his prime.
Shamrock vs Butterbean is also a terrible example to use to illustrate your point my friend. Shamrock again has over 30 MMA fights that we can go watch to assess his abilities. The conclusions we come to there have factual backing.
Your case for Lee doesn't.

Genki AGAIN has a verifiable and superb background in fighting. Genki would whoop Bruce's ass faster than Ali.

Aww man. I still remember when you didn't even know Genki's name.Genki AGAIN has a verifiable and superb background in fighting. Genki would whoop Bruce's ass faster than Ali.

Genki would soundly defeat Lee OR Ali. I'm just saying it's not really fair to compare Lee to someone like Genki. Genki regularly turned his back on opponents and sometimes danced during his fights and STILL won.

Genki is a joke in MMA... If it was't for his flashy moves and clownish ring bahavior, no one would care.

Fighters are still entertainers. He is really just doing his job when he's pleasing the crowd.
Ali pulled similar stunts. It was more on the arrogant side instead of wacky side, but it was his style. Genki's style is Genki's style. Saying noone would care about Genki if Genki's style was different is like saying noone would care about Bonjasky if Bonjasky didn't flying kick people.
He'd still kill Bruce and Ali.

No, I'm saying his fighting ability isn't special or great; if it wasn't for his clownish antics, he'd be unknown.
While Ali did dance around the ring, pat guys on the ass and talk shit, his fighting ability was great, so even if he didn't clown around, he would still be known as "The Greatest".
Ali would uppercut his Japanese ass out. Bruce would have sent him flying to the ground with a side-step kick.

Ali would obviously have a puncher's chance, but Genki should take the majority. What's funny is that some of the reasons you all like to believe Lee would beat Ali are the exact same reasons that Genki actually would beat Ali.
Bruce is getting stomped however. He looses to Genki for much of the same reasons he looses to Ali.

You do realize that when I argue for Bruce Lee, it's 99.9% based on faith that he is as bad ass as the legends say he was. You gotta admit, mofo was both a freak when it came to keeping himself physically trained and his techniques adaptable.
Edit: One thing about Lee that is factually true, his speed; it was almost inhuman.

you are always underrating Butterbean. i proved to you that he's a great striker, and has a great submission game for his weightclass. he's pretty much ranked #1 as a Super Heavyweight.

Exactly. Lee is much faster than Ali, who was only fast for a heavyweight.
speed is a factor but not the most significant. i say Ali simply for experience, and i've never seen Bruce Lee's chin tested.
