I wouldn't really say I insult. I call stupidity when I see it and yes, I use the word idiot when someone behaves foolish or ignorant and I might use ******* if someone behaves deceiving or mean. That is not rude, it is just accurate...and as such not an insult. Even though it might insult the person that did behave foolishly or mean.
