It was posted pages back I can't be botherd to look for it - but it was what you would expect a very small man to lift - Its one of smileys posts, pretty funny 🙂 It sourced students of Lee 🙂

erm no... The 2 finger press-ups show he strong he was... And the one inch punch shows the speed he had....

But I know you will ignore these as you don't wana hear the truth...

Bruce wasn't weak... and he punches would of hurt...

No the first point shows he was small and had strong fingers for his bodyweight (a trick)

The second is a trick

and as to the third who have his punches hurt please tell me 🙂

Thank you

Check back in the thread for Mr Smiley and Bruces weights routine 🙂 its funny 🙂

I don't need a reason. I posted a simple answer to a simple question. I like it when I can't understand what a person says, but I don't like Ozzy Osbourne? Eh. Hmm. *I confuse myself sometimes, I love it, haha* 😛

Well I did 85 hindu squats yesterday(at once) morning and didn't think they were NEAR as bad as a squat deadlift workout where I can barely walk for 2 days afterwards🙂

They get VERY boring

They get VERY boring and I know I could crack 100 fairly easy then AFTER that workout lol🙂

LOL nothing like going to bed with a broken nose and waking up looking like someone bashed in both of your eyes as well🙂 To give Bruce credit he could curl some crazy arse weight compared to his body weight.

However we both know the heavier you are the harder it is to lift body weight on smaller joints/bone structures.

actually checking Smileys figures it was tiny weights he lifted.

🙂 but I agree with everything else mate 🙂

Shut up with this rubbish whirly... tricks..😂 what a load of rubbish... The fact is he had great strength...

If its a trick why can't anyone else do it?? why does it actually send the guy flying?? Fact is it shows great speed and strength.. the likes of which ALI doesn't have.... 😂

Still ranting on about lees lack of public fighting??? well after all that is the only point you got... the rest have all been laid to waste.. 😆

wow 1 small source says something derogatory about the oposing view and whirly backs it like its golden.. What a supprise! (picardo(sm) trait I believe) your bias opinions always ruin your ablitiy to make a valid point..

"In 2004, UFC president Dana White credits Lee as the "father of mixed martial arts"

OH NOES! 😆 bruce.... the father of whirlys main point...

I did 80 just to see how hard they are.....its more time consuming and a mental exercise in anguish/boredom once you go to a certian lvl.

Anyway calisthenic exercises while they do increase "strength" do not have the actual strength benefit of lifting and plyometrics.......

I would still pick Bruce in a fight......reason....Ali was a prize fighter it was his JOB to get recorded fighting....it was Bruce's job to make movies and practice martial arts.

My point is would Ali document any sort of fight outside the ring knowing he would go to jail for hurting someone? Probably not same with Bruce.
