Hmm hit with the pressure of a 45? What did he break their jaw everytime cuz thats about what would happen.

I watch UFC all the time and Pride and Boxing and anyway🙂 I was joking about the board thats wht breaking in tournaments isn't done with sparring🙂 The dingding joke is just that however don't ever say ever I mean I have seen UFC catch a groin shot and thats it.........several times🙂

I think Bruce can win but again its situational and Ali should dominate. However to put to "masters" in a fight and expect one to win everytime is just silly.

Actualy Pride fighting is better but I was refferering to the early ufcs. Not the ones today.Lee did cross train but they where all in tradional arts.Any top fighter today would own Lee very badly.

"The same show"? More accurately, one man: UFC President Dana White, made that statment. Doesn't really give Lee any edge: it's his theories that made him a pioneer. No-one is going to claim that the theories behind Jeet Kune Do are bunk: mixed martial artists of all stripes apply them. Making theories about fighting and actually implementing them, however, are vastly different. We can call John Locke the "father of Liberalism" for his political philosophy, but that doesn't make him a good politician. In fact, his actual involvement in politics was limited. In the same sense, Bruce Lee is the "father or MMA" for his marTIAL (not Marshal, please: "Marshal art" doesn't mean anything.) arts philosophy, but that doesn't make him a good fighter because his actual involvement in fighting competitions was virtually nonexistent. There's a vast gap between knowing something and being able to implement it. I've wrestled for years: I can tell you how to do a dozen throws. I can show them to you, point out the finer points of the techniques. In an actual fight or match, however, against an active opponent, I only successfully use a few of them: often that's enough, but that's not the point. I can count the number of times I've done an underarm spin against someone who was fighting back on one hand. That's why competition is important. You can know everything about a technique, but to actually use it you need the right timing. The only way to develop that timing is to fight other skilled opponents. We have established that Ali did that time and time again. We have no reason to believe that Lee did so with any consistency. Therein lies his failure.
Incidentally, I was recently watching footage of Bruce Lee training. He did some side kicks with a partner and punched a heavy bag. His bag work looked, in a word, clumsy. He was swimming, constantly letting his hands drop. Ali would sometimes let his hands drop, but that was an intentional declaration of his arrogance. You don't ever train like that.

good point Advent, he does! 🙂

UFC president... erm.... sounds like the man in charge to me! after all... presidents are always right! 🙂

Post from another board.... first part was about lees questionable lifestyle... the second on his lack of fighting evidence...
"Shorin Ryu Grandmaster Chotuko Kyan used to take his two top students to Naha's red light district to teach them how to drink, visit the brothels, fight and attend cock fights.

Master Kyan could kill Funakoshi there is no comparison. Master Kyan's top student was Tatsuo Shimabuku who went onto found Isshinryu karate. Tatsuo's younger brother Eizu took over as grandmaster when Master Kyan died.

The toughest student to come out of Sensei Eizu Shimabuku's dojo was karate champion Joe Lewis.

Joe Lewis was already a heavy weight champion when Lee approached him and had the temerity to criticise his technique. He thought who is this little guy to tell me, a champion what I'm doing wrong?

Lee wouldn't have been able to win Joe Lewis over if he was a punk. Lewis came from one of the best karate teachers in the world yet felt he could learn from Lee.

Sensei Ed Parker was no joke either. He would not have brought bruce to his tournament if he didn't think he was the real deal"

oh good come back.. 🙄 where'd you learn your come backs from ... bruce lee? 😛 yea i've yet to see proof and a logically response from you mr. hit and miss...

you lot do actually know that ali and lee were friends and they had a bout as a charity match. needless to say that lee won, and within ten seconds. ali isnt a match for lee. Bruce took fighting styles from many different styles (including boxing) to make a master fighting style -JKD.

Do you have Video footage of this

You haven't answered my question Hit_and_Miss. Could Lee Beat Frazier in a fight?

Hang on Deck I'll do a bit of reading...

Its not a comeback par say... Its the truth!

Hes been banned for trolling and has spoken up for taking drugs to boost your muscles...

I still don't see any reasons for ali to win... just ali fans trying to put down bruce with rumours... ✅

How about you you lay off the slander (for the second time now) and prove something to me...
