Agitated sufficiently, it is said a single word can annihilate half a planet. Show me deflecting a blast equal to his Full Power scream, and then we will talk, if not, you have nothing so far.
By the way, that isn't a Force Field, she simply deflected a blast from what I can tell.
Black Bolt's voice cannot be blocked in that way, it is a quasi-sonic scream, caused by the manipulation of electrons, there is nothing to deflect there......

In his base form, Black Bolt fought Hulk in hand to hand, and it said he was a close second in strength. He can augment all of his physical traits way beyond his base.
She isn't stronger in my opinion.
She isn't speed blitzing him. Not getting past his Force Fields, and besides, Black Bolt has shown he has Super Speed of an impressive degree, in his base. Not as fast as Diana of course in his base but who knows how fast he can go if he wanted to.
