You need to find more ways to narrow it down first.

"Well," says Kiro, "it's only six months since that last Jedi disappeared two sectors along, and now another one has gone missing out on the Rim here... we were just worried."

He is needed where he is needed.

Yeah, I'll get to that...

Xeth frowns. "You mean there was another Jedi that disappeared near here?"

How about this. The nearest planet, for live to be possible there, uncivilised, And no intellegent creatures which can talk live there. Ergh, and a good terrain on which you can built a base.

All good, still need more.

"Well, not exactly near here, but in this area of space, yes."

"Well, what happened?"

Ok. Then the atmosphere in the planet would be enough for flying ships. And... The clouds/weather would block with view from the terrain so no passerbys would see the base.

And it would have to be near enough for the Cultists to fly their ships to the attack site.

Yup, fair enough. But the big unknown is how much weight they were carrying; itnwould affwct their fuel range.

"I don't know," says Kiro, "it wasn't in my jurisdiction. I read it on the news. They found half a corpse, I believe, but it was too far gone for a positive identification."

Your Intuition says no identification is needed, Xeth.

Someone is taking out Jedi.

Xeth frowns.

"You...what? What had happened to this Jedi?"

That's all she has.

I would say Balek normally, but not this time. He won't annoy us anymore 😛. Imagine its Gen Grevious. Hey thats an idea. His taller then average man so thats why he cut out the bulkhead, and he could move his arms around, extend them and stuff with 4 lightsibres. J/K.

Ergh... How much did the equipement in the Liner which they took out weighted?

"Anywhere I could look up the details?"

Well, it was a considerable tonnage of agricultural equipment... rather a lot, actually. Awkward to steal. Seems odd to you, Vlad.

Anything else? Engines, tools. Weapons?

Nope... just hi-tech tractors.

What about the engines, devices, equipment inside the hi tech tractors? Anything special?

They didn't even have any. Tractor husks, for assembly with other parts later.

Perhaps a world that they needed either transportation or a means of gathering food for themselves?

That gives me an idea, another factor for the planet. That the conditions would be bearable to grow food.

All this would be a very contrived way of going about it.
