Kiu can pilot Densk's ship up to the Northern pole, Xeth will take his ship to the Southern pole.

In which case... it is Densk's ship that is the first to pick up the anomaly on their sensors.

Kiu will try to figure out what exactly it is with his fix-it skill.

Assuming that Kiu contacts Xeth about this anomaly, Xeth will put his ship into full speed back up to the northern pole.

"Good work, Kiu."

By the time Xeth gets there the odd signal has gone, and you really have no idea what is was.

Were we able to pinpoint its location? If not, I suggest we patrol for a bit until we find it again.

No, in these storms, direction is almost imppssible.

We will patrol, and use our Senses to aid us in pinpointing next time.

Nah, when it comes to planets, Sense doesn't really cut it (as Vader knew all too well).

But your droid has something to report, Xeth. There are abnormally low salt levels in the water near one of the northern glaciers.

"Thank you, R3," Xeth replies, heading towards the glacier. "What do you think is causing that?"

R3 thinks the salt has been deliberately removed, which makes the water more likely to freeze, and increasing thr size of the glacier.

We found the location of the hidden base on Rekiarius, an ice world.

"Good call, R3," Xeth says, preparing the Nexu's Grin for landing. Can Xeth find a solid place to put the ship down that it won't float away or fall into the water?

I guess our observation comes in handy right now.

Ah gee, well, there's nowhere that you would be TOTALLY happy putting it down. But the glaciers seem solid enough. You set down at the end of one, tentatively, half expecting the ice to crumble away under the ship. But it holds solid.

Xeth lets out a sigh of relief as the ship remains on the glacier, without crumbling down into the icy water.

Xeth will then leave his ship, with R3 on it, setting the security systems on. He quickly walks up the glacier, with his companions in tow, his blaster and lightsaber in easy access.

Kiu walks with Xeth, blaster in his hand.

Vera-Kin steps off of Xeth's starship and leans on her cane for a moment before stepping onto the glacier.

"Put away your blaster, you should, Kiu," Vera-Kin suggests, tapping him lightly on the leg with her cane to get his attention. "Threatening, it would seem. If this base is a legal Techno Union facility, we would not wish to walk in wielding our weapons."

She begins to walk ahead of Kiu, then turns to him again. "But keep it ready. It could turn out that we will be blowing away Cultists and droids, hmm?"
