USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II EPISODE III (DARK SIDE)- The Way Back

Oooooooooh. Okay. I thought that getting transport was still something we needed to figure out.

So getting it away and loading it after they find out that we're NOT going to pay for it is what we've got to plan, then, right?

As well as getting into the starport to meet with them.

It's the 'not paying' part that is the real trick, yes.

Hmmm...okay.

(somehow I get the feeling that regardless of what we plan for that part it'll come down to some sort of fight....)

With our powers, it shouldn't be too difficult to convince them to package the thing up before we pay. After that, it may be as simple as telling them we've already paid, or at the worst having our best fighters holding off a bunch of thugs while others in the group get the ship ready to go...

Getting all of them you think you have alreadu paid is just ludicrous. It's not hypnosis.

Which is why I didn't even mention that as I knew it wasn't plausible.

That's why I said may. Truth be told, I am wholly expecting a large fight to get our free generator, I would expect nothing less from you, Ush.

But I believe we can still get them to giftwrap it before we battle.

Gimme your approach and we'll see!

I think we need to come up with one first!

I think we need to at least escape our current situation before magically appearing in the next, Ush...

Sure, it's definitely highly important that we have our plan for the entire purpose of our being on this stupid planet, but AT THE MOMENT, certain other matters involving Force-sensitive Bureau members and Piggy Ganon wannabes might, to the players, currently seem just a tad more urgent.

If they were going to attack they would have done already. So I am asking for an overall plan between now and then, as I ouitlined above- and you have the leisure to make one.

For getting the generator, I say we reason that they have one of our ships, which we do not want to just give away to them, merely let them borrow it as a sign that we will be paying them once we return to our place with the generator.

Ohhh no, you agreed to pay up front. The ship is a deposit only.

Argh. How about if we deposit Tanic's ship too? 😄

Even better- why not kill Tanic and use his ship to pay? Suits you...

Uhoh - that doesn't sound good. Tanic would probably let him take the ship if it was a life/ship toss-up.

Why not get the generator onto the transport, then take the people we need to pay into a side room of some sort - like say you need a terminal - then kill 'em.
Then drive off, no doubt the bodies will be discovered, but who cares?

Guys why don't we simply tell our contacts that we want to see the merchandise first I thought that was another point of the ship deal.
Once we get there we tell them we like what we see have it ready for our return we will pay then. Tell them we don't carry that many credits on us until we know the stuff we want is what we want and not to worry our boss is a very good tipper in credits to those who help out.

I agree with this plan. I assume there won`t be many of them, and we can always kidnap the boss to make others comply.

We already did that once...

Nah, if you don't bring the money to the site, there will be no sale.
