USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II EPISODE III (DARK SIDE)- The Way Back

Started by newjak86170 pages

Like i said who is ever with Rianna are just married and wanted to see Newhaven. Alittle mind trick and they let you through. Then another group can be merchants mind trick through. After that the some other group can be looking for job oppurtunities on the outer rim and they wanted to stop here first. Once agin mind trick and they're through.

We don't want to have to use Mind Tricks unless necessary, though, because if they later decide to double-check there could be problems. And you should know that there's no way Rianna would let that first one fly 😛

I say it would be simpler to just stick together as one group. If we came in as three seperate groups and later met up and were working together it could arouse suspicion.

If anyone wants to ask me if their character thinks a certain thing is plausible or not plausible for some reason, please ask. Skill sets are helpful here.

It could but I assume after we leave the star port what three little groups is of no concern to anyone. Anyway we still don't have to use mind tricks but can come up with a lie that works and it really isn't that complex a plan just landing different times. Plus this is just for the landing that way if someone does something stupid the wholr group doesn't get into danger.

I still think it easiest to stick with one story for the group.

Then like I said if something were to happen then everyone in the group will be in danger at least if we stagger then if someone gets caught it still leaves the rest of us time to do something without being hampered.

And what's going to happen if we lie, and then they double-check that? Same problem, really.

I don't think anyone will care immensely how we survived, or what the attackers' objectives were. Simply say we need to restock a base (I don't see why we have to be merchants at all) which has been attacked with spare parts.

That would explain three ships for carrying the parts, and if pressed on the cultural differences, we can say that our main fleet was damaged, and these ships were what were at the base at the time and we could press into a transport service.

But then will come the question about why the different groups were entering into purchases and/or congregating on the planet in the first place, leading to more suspicion.

The words 'knots' and 'tying' and 'yourselves' spring to mind.

One more day to sort this out!

That doesn't explain why we don't have the papers we need, though.

Would the word 'into' be anywhere in there? 😛

I am sure you can work that out.

I am torn whether we should pose as one group or three. My mind is strained after entire day of learning the awesome mysteries of civil law. So Ush, what my genius character thinks about this?

I need a more specific question than that.

*decides to wake up*

I support Rianna's idea. Less extravagant, more believable.

Saying we need repairs for our FLEET is much less believable. What fleet? Even if we lie, who's going to believe that? Besides, it'd have to be a fleet outside of the Republic, therefore like a pirate fleet...

I meant whether he thinks that Rianna`s idea is better than Xavier`s, Ushgarak.

Only you can decide that, Gallador.

Rand agrees with Galder and Rianna. Fleet? Even if Tanic and Rand are good liars, a fleet is very unfeasible in my honest opinion.

If anyone cares to ask me why...feel free.

In this case, Gallador agrees with Rand, Galder and Rianna.

Indeed, I can give your opinion on specifics.

For example, Xavier asked how it could be credible the ships escaped undamaged. Any pilot in the group can tell you that if your shields held for the escape, it is almost impossible to chase a ship through a hyperpsace jump.

I see that everyone agrees with Rianna then I will step aside so we can work on the more fine points of her plan.
*Xavier steps to side and gives in to Rianna's plan*

Sorry 'bout that, Xavier, but the fleet idea was a bit too extravagant. 🙂

Galder likes the shields explanation, Ush. In both cover stories, we were attacked, after all.
