Then you do indeed mean States, not countries, because there is no such thing as a Federal law of consent, merely what each individual State says- and I think you'll be surprised how low that can be sometimes.
But that's all pretty irrelevant, it is 16 in the UK, and I really don't give a damn what you think about my jokes about entirely legal activities.

Indeed, like Nevada law states that 16 is legal consent, other states are 18, and Missouri has some counties which is is 14 as long as the sexual partner is near the same age.
