Captain Britain broke out of the bands as well

If GL rings didn't allow the wielder to kill before the Guardians changed the rules, then how did Hal kill all of those GLs on his way to absorb the central battery?

At that point, Hal could pretty much do anything he wanted to do.

i have a question: how is superhuman strength and superhuman durability? is it proprtional?

what i am saying is that woudln't superhuman strength grant teh breaer durabilty to that class of weight in terns of blunt force for example take spiderman shoudl his durabilty not be superhuman by now instead of enhanced ... in comics i notice how he is given a painful /bolldy beatdown by human foes...i.e jonah jameson should'nt tehy hurt themslevs trying to hurt him , would it be harder for someone to pirvce his skin than say wolverine's skin who has normal durability but accelerated healing factor? .........i am confused?

as spidey can lift > 20 tons his skeleton should be able to resist a force of 20 tons without obtaining too much damage ,i can see how rhino/hulk coudl break his beones and such but it shoudl definately be harder to pentreate his skin or injure him........like doc samson
