Does Swamp Thing have a soul? If someone destroyed his soul, would he be prevented from "regrowing"?
Destroying it would require a power > the original Anti-Matter Wave, [as ST's consciousness has already survived that].

Correct in terms of plot, but incorrect in terms of details. Swamp Thing does no longer possess a soul. Alan Moore's run pretty clearly established that (read the issue where Woodrue {the Batman villain} gives him an autopsy). If that is not enough proof read Mike Carey's Hellblazer, towards the end, in which Swampy goes forth to fight an entity which inhabits the Jungian archetype of the human soul... Swamp Thing is kicked out of the battleground because he does NOT possess a human soul.
Basically, Swamp Thing has the imprint of Alec Holland on itself, but Swamp Thing does NOT possess a soul, at least since 1985.
While Swamp Thing does possess the Holland imprint.... if say, Warlock used the soul gem on him, it would fail to work, even though Swampy has gone places non-souled characters have failed to go.
A better question would be if robotic elementals who did not have imprints possessed souls (aka Red Tornado, aka the worst Justice Leaguer of all time...).
By the way, after reading Countdown Ten... for all of you (mainly nevr, who is gone).... pretty clear that Granny Goodness is NoT over
the Olympian gods.
Correct, majority of the time Hawkman uses weapons he had in his past lifes

Q. What issues did Desaad act as Darkseid? I know Dr.Fate #10-12, but what would you say the other are? Action Comics #586?
