I don't believe so. There's a bit of over lap between the Green and the Red though (both seem claim bacteria for some reason)

Apparently, Hitler's gun is a weapon with such a proclivity towards evil it cut through his shield spell.
Same thing happened with a certain silver dagger a while back.
He later used the same gun to kill a gigantic, Lovecraftian demon thing, so it's apparently a useful weapon against all sorts of magic.
There is not a single thing that happens in a comic book that isn't reliant on plot induced circumstances. The reasoning Vaughan gave as to why Hitler's gun broke Strange's defensive shield made sense and was consistent with it's portrayal later in the series.
And anyways, the same thing has happened before. A "charged" dagger broke his shields too. It's really not something that's necessary to get worked up about.
