Now that JSA is elaborating on the story of GOG, and Magog, how do they explain the version from the Kingdom and "In the name of Gog" who never died but disappeared with the good Doomsday? An I gather that this new "GOG" is a member of the old Gods race that spawned the New Gods?

Vibranium has been broken many a time. It does not possess limitless momentum sapping capabilities.

Whether or not Juggernaut could walk through a wall of adamantium is a better question - and one that is, currently, unanswerable.

how would/does wolverine healing factor affect him weightlifting wise (recovery time,muscle fibre repairs etc)??

Yep. That was explained in the issue.

This also makes me think of the fifth world now, shouldn't this new world of Gods be completely different front the fourth as they are from the 3rd? So far based on Metron, the fifth world seems to be new renditions of the fourth world but nothing major. If this new world is nothing more than to make them look "different" but with the same personalities than the change on the Sources part wasn't really necessary.

As of now, we've only seen changes in their appearance [if that]. This is not to say that something major won't be revealed down the road. It's the kind of thing we'll just have to find out the good 'ol fashioned way - by reading it. 🙂

Either he was written up during Annihilation or he was written down in his other showings. It could also be argued that he had a lot of time to get ready and kept steal powerful items as he went along.

It might not be THAT big a powerup after all. Nova was actually able to injure Annihilus when they first met.

The F4 also went up against other similarily powerful foes.

Annihilus has been giving fights to heralds (in power level, not definition) for years, I believe. But this is mostly hearsay.

Annihilus has beaten the Four pretty easily a couple times.
In the end they used to beat him due to some stupid plot device. Like when they were unable to effect him the whole time, and then they came back, and managed to beat him because he was off balance ( 😂 ). Apparently without his balance Thing's able to hit him without hurting his hand.

Usually a mutual agreement though, is how he goes away for a couple issues.

He's done some stupid shit though.

He's also one-shotted real Thor, and Masterson, toyed with Rune... etc. Apparently he was also a threat to the universe as well.
