at the beginning of secret invasion #3, before the story even starts, the recap page shows little avatar-sized images of all the relevant characters. the characters who were exposed as skrulls are highlighted in green. pym's green. he also sends the initiative blind into the fight in midtown new york, as if he was sending them to their deaths. they got no debriefing, no helpful information, nothing. just got sent in to fight a squadron of super-skrulls. it's almost entirely certain at this point that pym was captured and replaced, not simply duplicated [a la daredevil in new avengers.]

Annihilus has beaten the Four pretty easily a couple times.
In the end they used to beat him due to some stupid plot device. Like when they were unable to effect him the whole time, and then they came back, and managed to beat him because he was off balance ( 😂 ). Apparently without his balance Thing's able to hit him without hurting his hand.😕
Usually a mutual agreement though, is how he goes away for a couple issues.

Well during Civil War Pym was replaced for a period by Hulkling ... had he been a Skrull at that point someone would have noticed ... you would think.
