Could be many things..but remember its not the same title....i think that loeb has enough pull to make hulk whatever he wants him to be...ignoring what Pak has done
It also could be another indication of the personality's of banner.....if he turns into the hulk voluntarily then he is WWH, if he is forced to change as in the red hulk destroying his prison and banner getting mad or pushed into turning....he turns into savage hulk

So you pretty much have to of read at least the last issue of COIE [printed over 20 years ago] to know that Prime wasn't depowered during the crisis - which is why he retained his pre-crisis power set.ie. if you were brand new to comics, and decided to pick up a few TPB's, then saw Prime in IC/SC ripping through everyone - you wouldn't have a clue as to why he's that powerful? ( 👇 ) I'm really surprised DC never detailed/ellaborated on this in more recent comics - that way, at least new readers would know what's up with Prime.

Also if anyone has a list (even an incomplete one) of all the PC things that have shown up during the last few months and their original fates I'd really appreciate it. It seems like a lot of them were lost in one way or another and I'm trying to gather up information about what had happened to them.
