Mjolmir has resisted anti-matter, I don't think is affected by vibranium.

should be light speed since all radiation travels at that speed, any other speed (faster or lower) is false unless some plot device interferes.

Only light inside a vacuum travels at a constant speed (186,282 miles/s). Light, or any wavelength of the EM spectrum is slowed when traveling through denser material than space. If Superman fired his HV within Earth's atmosphere for example, the speed at which the beam was traveling would be slightly slower than c (or 186,282 miles/s...).

Thus, the speed at which Superman's HV travels depends on the where and through what Superman is projecting said radiation.

most definitely, but i was talking about noticeable extremes in both directions resulting in wtf? moments. for instance batman dodging multiple shots of hv when we all know that supes can move his eye's/neck faster than batman and in earth's atmosphere and close proximity, the hv radiation drag will be negligible.

Yea, I was just nitpicking. 😛

I saw a show called "Light Fantastic: The Stuff of Light" on the Science Channel last night. It was quite interesting, you might enjoy it.

question about the dark knight

Spoiler:
is the machine batman/fox uses to track down the joker a early version of brother eye?

No.

This is more of an opinion question, but is anyone else tired of every Marvel comic having hero/skrulls on the cover? I mean I know it's all secret invasiony, but seriously all of the covers look the same to me now.

It'll blow over soon.

i swear to god im not going out of my way to be cynical or any sort of lame bullshit like that but i seriously cant wait for the skrull thing to be over.....im not getting the "all the heroes lives will be changed forever" ad " no one will ever be the same" feel/vibe here. without even a hint of exaggeration i was more excited about WWH. and even then i was like meh.....the only really good thing out of this so far is that skrulls are getting straight up killed, instead of beat up and taken into custody...which i will say a milion more times if necessary😄

I like the sense of uncertainty it puts on everyone involved ... people don't even know if they themselves are Skrulls or not.

Was it ever said that the Speed Force keeps Flash from creating sonic booms or ever explained why he doesn't when he goes light speed? Or just comic book physics?

speed force basically lets him move at any speed he wants without affecting the environment around him... no sonic booms, etc...

its like magic, when the flash does something unreal, you just say 'speedforce' and thats it...

What's everybody's opinion on how powerfull Neron is ?

Does anyone have scans of the old secret wars series? I know there were parts one and two, whichever one where the Hulk braces the mountain from falling on everybody. I have that issue and a future issue of the same series, but never caught everything that happened? If not, any other websites that may?

There are 12 issues in that series.

Kay, I have a quick question. I just got done reading Batman Hush, both volumes and for those who haven't read it...

Spoiler:
What happened to Jason Todd's body? At the end, they said it wasn't there anymore, did they ever answer this?

I can post the scans(Hulk) later

Whatever happened to Count Abyss
