The parts of the book where Madrox and Guido are walking around...is that the future? Is that where Layla and Madrox went and Layla blew up the dupe?

In Guardians of the Galaxy, when Mentor killed Phyla and Drax they were sent to Oblivion. But shouldn't they have been sent to Death's realm instead?

Yes.

The problem with that, though, is that it is canon as Reed Richard's "theory," of the Sentry. It's about as canon as if Iron Man was taking random guesses about the nature of Galactus, or something. It did happen, and Iron Man does believe it, but it may or may not be "factual."
