anyone recognize the artist ? whoever it is he or she did a good job

Storm just looks silly, Wolverine's mouth looks like Hulk's when he yells and stuff, IM is decent.

Its the hair, the way its styled. Weird combination of Anime hair and Afro like a lot of characters have on that show. Storm's hair is supposed to be straight, reflecting her odd combination of African and European (and at times Asian) physical traits.

Reported for trying to justify your racism. Seriously though i was only judging her face and frame and comparing it to the show. I never paid much attention to their hair.

Does Alan Scott's manipulation of his magical energy source require the same willpower aspect as all the other Oan based Green Lantern energies need to be manipulated, or can he (or anyone else connected to the energy) just wield it without having very strong willpower?

Increased willpower most certainly allows Alan to access more of the Starheart's energy (his battle with Obsidian is a prime example.) But I'd also say that overall knowledge of the green flame is equally as important (ie. Mordru easily controlling it.)
