What issues does Ubber Majestic take place?

The word is 'uber'.

Uber Majestic (as far as I know) isn't an actual incarnation of Majestic... probably just refers to some of his top feats (for instance rearranging the solar system, though that feat gets overhyped all the time).

Speaking of Majestic...

Does anyone know of a good place to start reading about him? I've completely unfamiliar with him aside from going through the respect thread of his and I'd like to read some more comics of his.

Wasn't it once stated 5D beings use 5d tech that just seems like magic, because of what it allows them to do, but it's actually just insanally advanced tech?

Yeah, it was.

But it's also been called actual magic several times by beings who ought to know.

I personally like to think that 5D imps are beyond labels like that.

The Fith Dimension is pretty much self explanatory. Its just another plane of existence. The power levels of the beings from this Dimension is pretty much expected. If there was a two Dimensional universe with 2 Dimensional entities we would have similar levels of power. Thanks to Kant, even if these realms did exist we wouldn't be able to fathom them, becasue of the ways our brains prescribe time and space to our sense data.

Also I agree 5D Imps shouldn't be constrained to the magical rules of the 3D world. That whole scene in Countdown where Annataz had Mxy imprisoned and depowered was PIS.
