Comic Book Questions

There's a lot of heroes in RL cities, enough that it'd be hard to list. Some'll move back and forth from fictional and RL cities.

Kyle Rayner, Jade, Guy, and John Stewart used to live in NYC before Kyle and Guy went to Oa and John to Coast City, for example.

I think that could be it. Are the Titans & Power Girl based in New York?
And didn't Wonder Woman base herself out of Boston some years ago? (And is that where the Atom was based?)

PG is, yea, along with the JSA. Teen Titans are San Fran, dunno about 'just plane Titans'. Wonder Woman... dunno about Boston, she's done Washington DC a lot.

Any in Miami, FL ? 😕

Florida...well, not Miami specifically, but DC's Detective Chimp is from Florida.

Marvel has the Man-Thing's swamp in the Everglades. The 50 States Initiative also had a team called 'The Command.'

Overall it's a pretty sparse state hero-wise. Odd for how populous it is.

I know this isn't strictly comic related but never the less I'll ask it.

Can we always assume that a writer no matter the circumstances portrayed about him is a omnipotent being on pair with well established supreme being like TOAA?

Only if it's Grant Morrison.

AFAIK, any time an actual writer has made a serious comic book appearance, they are portrayed as THE God/TOAA (eg. Morrison, Kirby, Carlin, etc.)

i got a stupid question to ask? if black bolt was to use a whisper vs a person who can fly at hyper speed. would the shock wave hit that character or would they be able to get away from it

I keep getting told about how awesome the Iron Fist run with him in a tournament was. If I wanted to read that from the beginning, where would I start and finish (or is it still continueing?)

Anyone?

Erm... Let me go check, as far as I know it ran through most of the last Iron-fist series before cancellation.

Honestly, my advice would be to just go ahead and read the entire series. There are only 27 issues total, and they are all quite good.

So, Immortal Iron Fist 1-27? K, thanks.

Well each story helps set up the next, so reading it all would be my best advice (considering how good it is, you'd likely want to anyway lol.)

But to more specifically answer your question, that story took place in an arc called The 7 Capital Cities of Heaven (issues 8-14 of the series.)

I agree with Galan, you won't regret reading the whole thing.

Question: Is the first Fantastic Four series -not the one with Banner Jr.- cannon to 616?
