you can thank the leaders of the republican party for such stereotypes, as they alienate anyone within their party who doesn't obey and agree with EVERY stance on every issue. refer to christine todd whitman's book "its my party too". not that i like her at all but she has a point, as many do. strange how sometimes prejudice and stereotyping are spawned from the inside.

Well but Republicans in general are conservative...but there are a lot more conservatives than republicans...so stereotyping conservatives is even worse....neither is right in any way but conservative is nothing bad..at least in Europe.
And yes I am ...I probably vote Free Liberals but I am member in the conservative party...cause it si still the secon best party...but big.

trust me I used to be 24/7 in the rich republican circle, and there were many of them who talked about politics freely, open mindedly, etc. and yes there are many republicans who are baically conservatives but say they are republicans cause now a days it sounds better to say Im republican than Im a conservative
