Who is the strongest Dark Lord?

PAlpatine could control his force storms just fine...just not when he was cut off from the force

That would mean he can't control his forcestorms when he was distracted, not to mention he claimed he couldn't control them fully in his Dark Side Compendium crap.

Well imo, Sidious full control of his force storms was the only thing putting him above Kun, however I just found out that he couldn't, so I now believe Kun to be more powerful.

Which is before he got stronger as we see in DE. And no, it'd mean he couldn't control them when he was literally incapable of using the force like Ulic was in TOTJ

However it is stated that by DE, he was still not able to control them perfectly. Check the final paragraph.

He controlled them well enough to take Luke to Byss. It was only when he was cut off that the storm failed

Ah, except that is a vague sentence as opposed to the specifics of his force storms which he was never able to fully control. Sorry.

However, in the years since he wrote those words, The Emperor has continued to perfect his Dark Side abilities, and he now boasts to Luke that he has perfect control of his Force Storms! Whether such boasts are true or not (they are not)
