Well is it? I'm not sure if it could.

Do All Paths Lead to the Same Destination?
Keith E. Johnson

Is it possible that Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Islam, Judaism, etc. represent differing, yet valid, paths to the same destination? This article examines arguments for and against the claim that all paths lead to the same destination.

I think its not possible for any religion to be correct. Since many religions contradict eachother, its very unlikely that all are correct.

It depends... if there actually is an omnipotent being, it is entirely possible for even contradictory things to be true.... for instance, if a being is all powerful, it can make Hinduism, Christianity and Buddhism all true... in fact, an all powerful being would be able to create a state where only one God could exist and where a sole God could not possibly exist, AT EXACTLY THE SAME TIME!! In other words, black is white but it isn't but it is....

To answer Flamboyant's question.

It's possible to link all the religions together, but the sad truth is that none of them are right.

However it seems that when you get down to the bare basics they are the same.

in some ways, but there are major philisophical differences between the structure of say...Islam and Buddhism.

Wondering why my thread got merged, since it's not the same topic as the thread it was merged with.

Well IMO religion DOES NOT MATTER......it's just a comforte place, yet there is still something .........yes I believe there is...........

Does presence/absence of religion matter?

Not really, other than the fact that you can ask that question.
😆 It can be a burden living in such a meaningless Universe sometimes.
