Manga is came first, created by Akira Toriyama
Amine came after being based on Akira' Manga...... made by Toei Animation
Filler is non-canon scenes added into the anime to make time for Akira to create the manga.. Most fillers are horrible planed and create many plotholes (ex: Afterworld tourniment, Goku falling into lava, SSJ2 Goku vs. Kid Buu and ect.)
Anyway in the manga it took Super Buu 3 and Mystic Gohan a (or two) page to get to the battlefields.... While they were flying to the point of destination long conversations were happening... (ex: Vegeta and Goku had a conversation while Super Buu was flying at them)
I remember reading a comic where Superman flew across the solar system in a about an hour and destroyed an interstellar army...
If you could fly at the speed of light it would take about 3 and a half minutes to reach Mars, and Supes flew aroung the solar sytem in about 30 to 60 minutes... So I'd say Supes could move the speed of light easly

So how come all his slow enemys hit him. Brianiac,Mettalo,Parasite., a monkey and a cyborg.Flash is superfast, so i guess he could lift a planet.
Also we have irrefutable proof that Superman holds back. It was mentioned in narration in several comics. And not to mention there's a current thread in the CBversus where they mention Superman versus Superman Red Son, even though the two of them are effectively identical beings, but the Communist kicks more ass.
And again, take out PIS, and he takes a sun dip. And there is DEFINITELY no evidence to show Goku has the power to even touch a sundipped Superman or the Superman that took out Imperiex. Hell, Superman is DC's lightning rod for power.

They gotta make the comic interesting, I'm sure if Superman wanted to he could kill most of the people he fights but he's just to nice of a guy to do it...
When Batman was fighting Superma even Batman said if he wanted to he could just use his super speed and kill him instantly..

Peaole say, goku blitz and he wins.....what the f... Goku uses Solar flare to blind Superman, and I seen people street level, blinding superman so i dont want to hear it. Goku, has instant transmission, where he uses it against kooler, so how is Superman going to fight some one that teleports, goku also has dragon fist, kamehameha, and could move things with his mind,(he did it on namek when he vs frieza) Goku charages up and the planet shakes, and rock levatate off the floor. Goku could survive an explosion of a big ass planet(the only probis that he cant breath in space)
