Oh yeah, batman goes down in a hail of bullets, cause you guys have all the proof in the world that Batman's suit can't take it and he's never dodged a single round let alone a hail of fire.

Batman is the more skilled combatant and he's very good at manipulating a situation to his advantage.
Punisher is more a guns blazing kinda guy.
Up close and personal, Frank is massively outclassed.
In this issue he gets beaten up by some goons in an alleyway. Pros or not - Bats would've kicked their asses!
I mean - Punisher gets caught with a net for crying out loud! 😄

Actually, right after that page he notices a guy with a huge machine gun and notes that it's armor piercing ammo, he then dodges all the bullets and closes the distance in a panel to take that guy out.

How can he tell what kind of rounds are in the magazine by looking at the gun? I can see him knowing caliber, but come on now. And was this guy a random thug or a world class marksman in body armor?

Possibly?? You honestly can't believe that Frank could beat Batman or Elektra h2h. Batman beat Shiva, and Shiva would ruin Frank.
Batman could use the environment to avoid the gunfire--and eventually Frank will either run out of ammo (and get clocked), or get taken down even sooner.
All Frank needs is his sniper rifle.

honestly ppl....the amount of ppl sho shoot at batman in his monthly run in comics is phenomenal. if hes been actually hit 20 times, thats great. hes a great character.
bats kicks ass. punisher would be toast. whilst hes shooting at bats, bats will close the distance whilst hurling a batarang to take care of castles gun.
as castle draws for the next one, bats knocks his head off
