Haha, the more I read his posts the more I realize that this guy really wanted Thor to get his ass kicked and had Banner think he remembered it wrong and it was as if it was just a day dream that went bad for Thor as a cop out for all the heat he could get. Based on the posts I'm reading, the writer looks like a reasonable person, and as far as I know, he didn't make any mistakes.
And I'm glad he gave us a clear winner for a chance.

It was not a perfectly well written fight you moron because it cause against established continuity. And it doesn't matter. What we saw was what Banner attempted to remember with a fanboy trying to fill in the holes and even Banner realized that that scenario was stupid.
Go watch "Hulk vs." some more to try and convince yourself that this non cannon shit is proof of anything. You don't see me posting non cannon shit where Thor breaks Hulk's neck or stalemates Green Scar which he would have done if they had fought according to Pak's original script. Thor wasn't available as a result of JMS so he settled for someone else.

you may choose to ignore all that and hold on to decades old fights where thor stalemates hulk for hours but the reality is (and whether you like it or not doesn't matter) that Marvel has the intention that Hulk is its most powerful character, not thor.
Also, thor breaking hulks neck would certainly be possible. I don't care if its noncannon, its not out of the realm of possibility. Its probably not very likely nor in character, but it certainly is possible.

Like who? Loeb? Even that idiot had Rulk only beat Thor in the first fight because Thor was taken by surprise and Thor was making Rulk stronger with his own hits and power. His yet revealed energy absorption was in play. Which in retrospect seems kind of obvious as Loeb after the fight claimed that Rulk had powers we didn't know yet which would explain that fight and Tom recently confirmed it.
Where exactly? The closest evidence you have is this recent battle which was most likely a day dream written by an obvious fanboy, who thinks Hulk has always been the strongest evah! and cannot be beaten despite all the times he has. Thor's durability was just shitty here. So was the Hulk's though so whatever.

see...I'm not hung up on this canon/noncanon crap. That affects storylines more than depictions.
I've seen canon stuff that are far more outrageous or nonsensical than noncanon stuff. A horrible writer could be hired to write canon material. A great writer could be hired to write noncanon material. etc. that distinction is a bit artificial...in the end, you have to use common sense and judgment to distinguish what evidence is valid or not. theres a lot of canon stuff that is absolute crap and alot of noncanon stuff that does their characters justice. do we use the former just because its canon and dismiss the latter because its not...I think thats silly.

Didn't slow him down at all? Did you read the fight? Thor's first hit had him bleeding a pool of blood and he was knocking him around with his hits. After Hulk was on his knees and grabbed Thor's hand, his face look like someone caved it in to the point it was flat. Of course it might have just been the horrible art.
